Create Interior Design Image reflecting corporate culture.
Program Space requirements ,
A. Allocate work areas,
B. Create adjacencies,
C. Develop technology /furniture interface
D. Allocate filing and storage requirements
E . Allocate conference meeting and shared public spaces
Create complete interior design package base building interior fit out furniture and electrical plans
2.Specifications /Order Entry
Develop complete specifications for pricing and procurement of furniture and equipment.
Produce Finish matrix for products and materials
Order Entry and Acknowledgement
3.Project management,
Create project time lines for on time and on budget delivery and installation
Coordinate with factories, transportation, warehousing , delivery and installation groups.
Interface with Technology and Electrical Contractors
Produce Insurance Certification and all permits required to facilitate a smooth seamless project.
